alpaca-html forms for jquery

Hi,
I am working on alpacajs.org,its a nice solution for HTML forms forr jquery,I am done with all the forms in that, but i am unable to go through alpaca Two-Column layout,i am getting an issue there, the fields are coming  in one column, pls find this link below.
Pls do me a favour by giving a solution for this,
