A sweet refreshing treat for a perfect party or smaller affair. The perfect amount sweetness and coldness will have your guest wanting more. Yet it is extremely simple to make and calls for items that people actually have or can find. Nothing worst than trying to make some concoction cocktail that has things you've never heard of. Who doesn't love any drink made with Amaretto? This is an alcohol drink recipe but if you find the kids eying your drink, you can omit the alcohol. Or omit the alcohol for a nutritious breakfast drink.
Pour into a glass and garnish. I find that a simple orange slice is an easy garnish but to add flare there are many other options. You can use a small peeler and make a lime twist. Use a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherries. One of my favorite is to use fresh mint leaves and just kinda let them float on top. Just be creative.
Blend all the ingredients with a blender until it makes a nice slushy mix. Careful not to mix to long. If you do remove the contents of the blender into a glass. Now crush some ice alone and mix into the cocktail.
Measure your ingredients out and have them ready. I find that it taste best if you mix one drink at a time. However if you are in a hurry you can double the recipe.
