Help with Levi-Civita symbol

I would like to know if theres a way to make the output of the epsilonmetric function just show the epsilon instead of epsilon eta. For context, my metric symbol is eta, but i just make the output show epsilon.

Try the following:
PrintAs[epsilonmetric]^="\[Epsilon]"
