Checksum fixed when saving files

Hello all,

I have just commited a change to the master branch that adds checksums
when saving files. I have tested it with dictionary and binary files
and all seems to be working ok.

I have chosen not to check the checksum when loading as this will mean
people can load in their old (not checksumed) files and save them again
with a checksum. Plus, with digital media there isn't really much of a
need to check the checksum when loading. That said though, it would be
handy at a later date to add an option to check this.
