I have just compiled xAce 0.4.1 in a Pandora (http://openpandora.org)
with Debian. The Pandora has a 600MHz Texas Instruments OMAP3530
processor. I had to do nothing special, beside installing the required
packages.

It's the first emulator I can compile in my new Pandora+Debian
platform. Last months I've been migrating from my Asus Eee to a
Pandora. I really wanted to leave the Intel platform forever. My
Debian environment is a bit unusual, keyboard oriented (Ratpoison + GNU
screen + keynav), but at the end I succeeded to make it work in the
Pandora. Only hibernation and battery status still remain unsolved.

Not yet. I'm trying, also to show them in my site. The Pandora is so
small that it's hard to recognize both the machine and the VLIST
listing on the screen [:-)]. I'll share the photos when ready.

No problem compiling the last release too (the one with support for
multi-part TAP files). I just had to install cmake.

I've tried to keep it portable and am glad that it worked.

Thanks for letting us know.

Good. I was going to ask as I was wondering if cmake would have
been a problem.

I have been looking at ways to add a proper GUI which should create a
much nicer user experience rather than having to have the console
window open. At the moment, I've found that Tcl/Tk combined with SDL
seems to be the best option. Hopefully I'll have a new version out in the
not too distant future.
