Multi-part tapes now working

Hello,

xAce now supports multi-part tapes, so if you want to attach a multi-part tape such as Othello:
    http://jupiter-ace.co.uk/sw_othello.html

You just press F3 from within xAce, enter the name of the .TAP file and from then on you can load othello and get its pieces,
there is more information in the README.

I have yet to implement the rewind and forward functionality of the tape, but it is next on my agenda.

There is also a problem with the 'load' operation, when search for a file that doesn't exist, if the end of tape is
reached the tape will loop back to the beginning.  This was done on purpose as a lesser evil until there is a better
reporting mechanism.
