Hi everyone,
I am very new to xAct and was trying to reproduce the results in Eqs. C.23 to C.25 of arXiv:2512.19793 (our by-hand computations), which give the Ricci tensor components for the warped metric given in Eq. 4.1.
The attached code (adapted from Leo C. Stein's code) correctly computes the μν- and mn- components, but for the mixed μm- components it gives an extra overall minus sign. I am not sure how to fix this. I have also attached a Greater2 code that supports our by-hand results (thereby, signs) for a simple example metric.
Any guidance on the xAct implementation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
