Windows 10 Pro upgrade works on one computer but not another

Using a DVD I've upgraded one computer from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro but a second computer flashes the Windows 10 logo and quits. Running x64dbg I can see in the log near the end where the DLL files are unloaded and "Process stopped with exit code 0x80070005" is displayed. I'm totally new at x64dbg and was hoping to find help to fix whatever is wrong with the second computer that would prevent the upgrade from continuing.
