ขอบคุณค่ะพี่เต้ย

มีข้อมูลเพิ่มให้หน่อยค่ะว่า 

อัตรานี้เป็นมติครม.ตั้งแต่ปี 2555   แต่จน ณ เวลานี้ ยังไม่ได้ประกาศลง ในกฎหมาย เลย 

ซึ่งจะใช้ได้ต้องประกาศเป็นกฎหมายก่อนค่ะ จึงมีผลแน่นอน  

ทางสรรพากรเองก็ไม่แน่ใจว่าจะประกาศทันหรือไม่  คนเสียภาษีอย่างเรา ๆ คงต้องเลือกแล้วค่ะว่า

จะใช้ อัตราเก่าไปก่อนและไปขอคืนเอา ถ้า มันออกมาใช้ทัน 

หรือ จะใช้อัตราใหม่ แล้วไปเสียเพิ่มภายหลังค่ะ 

คาดว่าถ้าไม่ทันคงมีม็อบคนทำงานแน่เลยค่ะ
