Fellow Shop 31 Alumni,

Hope everyone had a very nice and enjoyable Christmas and the start of a Happy new Year.

During 2021 we lost over a dozen of our friends and coworkers, which makes our fellowship gatherings

even more important.

This month’s Fellowship gatherings have been scheduled and are as follows:

1/15   BREAKFAST FELLOWSHIP

          Time:  8:00

           Place: Golden Corral

                     4968 Centre Pointe Dr

                     North Charleston, SC

1/25   LUNCHEON FELLOWSHIP

          Time:  12:30

           Place: Golden Corral

                     4968 Centre Pointe Dr

                     North Charleston, SC

Take notice that the Luncheon Fellowship has been scheduled for a week day, Tuesday vs Saturday.

These events are intended to connect as many as possible X31 friends and coworkers to get reacquainted

to enjoy some conversation and a good time.

As always Enjoy, Be Safe and Be Well and please take some pictures.

Ed

Hello all,

I hope this finds everyone well.  Some CNSYD reunion news.

Good morning, I’m bringing a large tent to the reunion.  I remember seeing a post in our Facebook Group that someone else may be bringing one as well.
I’m sure 2 or 3 will be necessary to keep all X31 attendees corralled.  Last time there were two or three different areas that x31 alum sat. It’d be great if everyone stayed together in one place.

Email Wayne Crump if you’re going to bring one.  He is the point of contact for tents.

Also, if there are any alum that are struggling financially but would like to attend please reach out to me personally.  I will purchase a ticket in your name.  I’ll treat you to a T-shirt too. Total privacy will be exercised. No one but us will know. I did this for my last high school class reunion and was able to sponsor several classmates who were not able to fit the ticket into their budget. Don’t let pride prevent you from reaching out. Times are hard and retirement/SS doesn’t provide income to sustain for some. There’s no shame in it.

If transportation will prevent you from attending let me know that too and I’ll make sure you get there.

You may email me directly at: pedr...@yahoo.com

THANKS,

Pete Sharkey

Sorry about the duplicate email, I didn’t mean to send the first one out with all the fellowship dialog in it.  I want to make sure this information is understood by all.
