Mistake in Lecture 3 slides

Hi class,
I forgot to correct the mistake in the lecture 3 slide describing the
Volkin and Astrachan pulse-chase experiment. In the PDF I posted, it
still says that RNAs are exported from the E. coli nucleus to the
cytoplasm. But E. coli doesn't have a nucleus or cytoplasm! Please
read your text, p 297, Chapter 8.1 for the CORRECT explanation for the
RNA intermediate pulse-chase experiment. I apologize for this sloppy
mistake!
