Sorry I couldn't help test xorg edge stuff, i'm still stuck on gutsy for now.
will try testing some drivers this weekend...maybe ;-)

It ain't working man... DRI is experimental for our cards, aka doesn't
work well...

I tried for a week to make it work good but nothing. Only Textured
Video worked but I can use it now under fglrx without diagonial
tearing!

Well finally I think now only fglrx supports(almost well) our cards.
