Updating the X12 Software to the Current Version

I am attempting to update the X12 Software using the " Check for
Updates " button on the information menu. After the update checks for
the current version, runs a download and quits the app. I am still
showing the same version as was shown before the update process. I
repeated this process a number of times. Current version 1.16K-16

Regarding problems with the update button, we do see a problem with
some computers.
I was told by one person that he had installed the product on ten
computers and had the
problem you described on two of them.

To get around this problem you can download a new setup from the
original registration log on
information that was sent to you when you purchased the product.
