Testing CSV to 835

[Com1 Software]

In Version 1.17E-17 of the C1D0M484 and C1D0P484 Inline Parser we have
added and are now testing
CSV to X12.

To test the CSV to 835 do the following steps.

1) Generate the 835 map.

2) Convert an 835 to CSV

3) Convert the CSV created in step 2 to an X12 file.

There are a fair amount of fields we still need to map and test that
will be included in the next release.
