command line switch to ignore individual batches in 835

does such a switch exist?
my automated command line parsing routine is failing to import all transactions in the file if it encounters an 835 with multiple embedded datasets. if i open such a file manually to view its contents, i am asked if i want to ignore individual batches.

The option is for ST batches there are carriers the concatenate files and that may or may not be an issue.
