ISA segment is unreadable. This may not be a standard X12 file.

I have used this app in the past and all worked fine. However, it has been a period of time.  I am attempting to read in 835's and getting the message above. My header record looks like this.

***DD VERSION 2 EXP 4010 155 SSICH 99999-0010

Does this application process this?

The ISA is a fixed length record. This is critical since we use the last three characters in the ISA to determine the delimiters.

Example:
ISA✽ 00✽ ..........✽ 01✽ SECRET....✽ ZZ✽ SUBMITTERS.ID..✽ ZZ✽ RECEIVERS.ID...✽ 930602✽ 1253✽ U✽ 00401✽ 000000905✽ 1✽ T✽ :~

If you have a damaged ISA it can be an easy process to correct it by using notepad to copy and paste the ISA of a good file in place of the bad one.
Just make sure that your delimiters match those used in the file you are trying to fix. In our example  the ✽ :~ are the delimiters.
