CSV to 835

There has been a fix to the 835 CSV to X12 process in version 1.18C-20

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Make sure that when you save the cfg mapping file call it c1map.cfg.
c1map.cfg is the default map name used by the Inline Parser.
The CSV does not contain version information thus the use of the
default c1map.cfg.

To test the CSV to 835 do the following steps.

1) Generate the 835 map. Save it as c1map.cfg

2) Convert an 835 to CSV

3) Convert the CSV created in step 2 to an X12 file.
