Hello Mr Nganje
How are you doing man?
One LC in Botswana that I am coaching is planning on sending from minimum of 15 to 45 members for exchange from Dec 5 till Jan 14/20 (6 weeks) we are looking for DT + CEEDs opportunities. They are coming with passion, energy and vision.
Whats the vision; the idea is that every Motswana member who comes will make partnerships with LCs around projects so that when they come back we they can run projects and realize those exchanges. We are creating a massive pipeline for exchange. This is an opportunity not to be missed. We are looking for serious long term partnership.
The DT
We are looking for DTs that;
Period; Dec 05 till 20 Jan (there should be sufficient work at least 3 times a week)
Accommodation: provides free accommodation
If possible (preferred) that meals be provided.
NO DT fee or any other fee attached.
Please please let me know what you guys can supply. We have plans to give EPs to Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania and are now considering Rwanda as we feel that you guys have so much potential. So the country that offers the best packages will be guarantee more members. As we speak forms are being put up on the system. 27 members have been confirmed to go with another 20 awaiting sponsorship.
This is going to be a historical moment in that never has so many Batswana's gone on exchange before at a go. We are looking for people to be a part of this history.
We feel also that our realities are similar and that we could really support each to make our countries great performers.
SO LETS DO THIS!!
