i m not sure about the dia. of my nozzle
i see 2 point on opposite side
is this a 0,4mm or 0,2mm nozzle?

sorry to ask a basic question like this but i'm having some hard time to get well bound layer and structural infill at 0.2 thick layer and medium quality(never try high quality)
i'm using simplify3d and can adjust all the speed, but that didn't change anyting
on the LCD screen, i need to reduce speed at 50% and push PLA feed rate at 200% to get a nice job when printing

thanks for your help

I thought they were only using .4mm nozzles.  And I certainly would not expect 50% speed to be necessary anywhere but (possibly) the first layer.

But I only have one dot (total) on each nozzle.  In either case, that doesn't match the E3D nozzle ID system.

thanks Sandro
i'm going to look a little bit more in my setting

by the way, at 3600 mm/min, is it too fast for infill structure (not plain)
it's the default printing speed in simplify3d with the xmachines profile

i think my problem is that my profile is not good
on extruder tab (simplify3d) my extruder1 is with tool t0 and extruder2 is with tool t1
it's supposed to be the t1 and t0 in same order when i look in help menu

i'm going to test that in a minute

ok i do some research, my problem is that i made a new profile to get my second extruder visible and didn't notice the difference with the xmachines profile
so my profile was totaly bad to do the job

now with the good profile and the two extruder present with good setting it's well done
i only need to fine tune those setting to get a very good print

i'm very happy to be at this point after +- 20 print test...hehehe
happy christmas time everybody

hi everybody
i found this picture of the E3D V6 nozzle for the dimension
the number of dot on the nozzle is clearly the dimension
