Steve Madden 'Albany' Boot Love these boots! They are quality I bought these for daughter, I actually bought 2 different pair of boots at the same time, these were the better of the 2. Color was prefect the r slightky darker than picture,they are comfortable . She recieved tons of compliments from her friends. We look for boot that she would love for 5 months. They run slightly big. If you wear thick socks they are prefect . People need to keep yourself informed that the testimonials you see for the Steve Madden 'Albany' Boot. Had this for approximately four weeks now and very satisfied with it. Definitely recommend this! "I must agree with the majority of the other reviews - order a half size up, fast shipping, beautiful buttery leather, comfortable. I have problem feet and need a wide toe box - these boots have that without looking clunky. I ordered them in brown, size 10 - my usual size is 9.5. My only complaint is that I walked onto a linoleum floor and slipped very hard and nearly fell. One reviewer mentioned that they were slick on hard floors and I would caution about that. I plan on taking them to my shoemaker to see if indeed they will become less slippery with use or if a different heel could be put on before I decide to definitely keep them."
