Albany County Christmas Bird Count - 20 December
On Saturday, December 20th, Laramie Audubon Society will conduct its 50th annual Christmas Bird Count (CBC). The day will be devoted to counting all the birds we can find within a 15-mile-diameter circle, which is centered on the junction of 3rd Street and I-80. We welcome volunteers of all birding abilities to participate in the count either as a field observer in one of our designated sections or as a feeder watcher at your home. After a full day of counting birds, we will be holding the potluck to review results and share stories at Trinity Lutheran Church, 107 South 7th Street (Laramie), starting at 5:00 pm . Chili and beverages will be provided.
