Earlier this week in our National Breastfeeding Month launch email, we shared that the U.S. Breastfeeding Committee is embarking on a summer fundraising campaign to recieve 500 donations by August 31. We're so grateful to the 20 or so individuals who have stepped in to join us, by becoming monthly donors or making a one-time donation. If you are among them and receiving this message, we want you to know how grateful we are. Thank you!
But that means we still have a long way to go! Can you take a couple of minutes to help us achieve our goal to get to 125 donations by the end of this weekend? That will get us on track to achieve our goal by the end of the month! Please give today and get us off to a good start!
Donations don't need to be a huge amount. We value all contributions for the generosity inspiring them, and they help us demonstrate the breadth and depth of our national collaborative.
As part of our national work, in addition to advocating for the PUMP Act to pass the Senate, we have been tracking and analyzing federal funding that impacts infant feeding, and preparing for National Breastfeeding Month. We firmly believe that the theme "Together we do great things" applies to the power of our collective action in all aspects of our work.
As we work toward our goal of 500 donations, we hope that at least 200 people will decide to become monthly sustaining donors (at any donation level). Even so, we are grateful for all gifts, recurring or one-time. Please make a contribution today!
