Same-sex parents looking for input about Springfield Township schools

A friend who lives in Chestnut Hill (and not part of this listserv) is hoping to get input about the Springfield Township school district (as she's considering moving to the neighborhood). Hi all,
I am looking for some feedback on Wyndmoor and the Springfield Township school district. My family is weighing the pros and cons of leaving Philadelphia for the nearby suburbs, and one issue that we have not figured out is how children of same-sex parents fare in that school district. We ideally want to ensure that our son knows other kids with same-sex parents and has teachers/peers who are inclusive.
