It is a Property Tax Appraiser position, but we would like to find someone that has some GIS training. We do our own GIS in office, and would love to find someone that at least knows how to create and edit parcels. Maybe someone just out of school.
The Hot Springs County Assessor’s Office is now taking applications for full-time employment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. All applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Access, Excel and Word. Applicants must be physically able to conduct on-site inspections of properties countywide and hold a valid drivers license. You will also be expected to obtain certification as a Property Tax Appraiser through the Wyoming Department of Revenue so travel out of town for up to one week will be required. Preference will be given to those applicants with a background in ArcMap.
