As a follow-up to the immensely successful GIS 101: Map Accessibility webinar, this panel discussion brings representatives from various states to explore their approaches to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) accessibility. Panelists will share their current progress, challenges overcome, and key strategies for making geospatial data and applications usable for all individuals, including those with disabilities. Participants will gain insights into the various roadmaps states are developing for future advancements in GIS accessibility. This session aims to foster knowledge sharing, inspire innovation, and provide actionable takeaways for organizations seeking to enhance accessibility within their geospatial initiatives.
