2.QUANTITY SURVEYOR, PURCHASER
A QUALIFIED ARCHITECT/CIVIL ENGINEER TO ESTIMATE INTERIOR FITOUTS AND MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASE. HANDS ON EXPERIENCE TO UNDERSTAND TECHNICAL DRAWINGS, SOFTWARE PACKAGES & ESTIMATE WITH EXISTING NETWORKING IN THE LOCAL MARKET. TECHNO-LEGAL KNOWLEDGE OF TENDERING WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
3.PRODUCTION MANAGER
A QUALIFIED ARCHITECT/CIVIL ENGINEER WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE OF RUNNING A JOINERY WORKSHOP & ON SITE MULTIPLE INTERIOR FITOUTS, HANDLING & KNOWLEDGE OF SPECIAL LABOUR TEAMS, MACHINERY, SCHEDULING, PROCEDURES, MATERIALS ETC. HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IN SETTING UP A NEW JOINERY WORKSHOP & HIRING AND PLACING A PRODUCTION TEAM.
4.INTERIOR ARCHITECT
TO MANAGE A DESIGN STUDIO TEAM WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ON COMMERCIAL PROJECTS,TEAM LEADER,CREATIVE,EFFICIENT WITH COMMUNICATION ,CO-ORDINATION , PEOPLE SKILLS & DETAILING. A GOOD PERSONALITY, EFFICIENT TIME MANAGER WELL VERSED WITH LATEST SOFTWARES & PRESENTATION TECHNIQUES
5.3D GRAPHIC RENDERER/PERSPECTIVE ARTIST
ARCHITECT/DESIGNER WITH KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOCAD, 3D MAX, MAYA AND LATEST SOFTWARES WITH MANUAL SKETCHING & RENDERING SKILLS FOR INTERIOR FIT OUTS.HANDS ON EXPERIENCE FOR CREATING IMPRESSIVE VIRTUAL VIEWS QUICKLY A VITAL REQUIREMENT.
6.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
DYNAMIC GO-GETTER FLUENT IN WRITTEN & SPOKEN LANGUAGES, GOOD PERSONALITY WITH ACUMEN FOR EXISTING & EMERGING MARKETS FOR INTERIOR FITOUTS, EXISTING NETWORKING IS A VITAL REQUISITE, PEOPLE SKILLS TO SELL A DESIGN SERVICE. KNOWLEDGE OF ARABIC & EUROPEAN LANGUAGES IS A DEFINITE ADVANTAGE.
7. FEMALE ACCOUNTANT
ALL THE ABOVE STAFF TO HAVE GOOD REFERENCES, A MINIMUM U.A.E EXPERIENCE OF 3 YEARS WITH DRIVING LICENCE IS A MUST FOR RELEVANT POSITIONS.

A list of my requirements with descriptions is below.
At the moment we have 2 large contracts for the engineering, procurement & construction of offshore living quarters.
These will all be built in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi in the shipyard with only final commissioning work to be carried out offshore.
I require the following personnel for office and shipyard in the UAE:
1. Project Coordinator (assistant project manager) - Offshore Construction Experience
2. QA/QC Senior Engineer (with structural background) – Knowledge of DNV, Lloyds & ABS rules and regulations
6. Procurement Coordinator – Experience in procurement of Structural Steel, Piping, Electrical, HVAC and Architectural materials.
7. Structural Site Supervisor – Shipyard / Offshore Experience
8. Architectural Site Supervisor - Marine Carpenter
9. Piping Site Supervisor – Shipyard / Offshore Experience
10. HVAC Site Supervisor - Shipyard / Offshore Experience
11. E & I Site Supervisor - Shipyard / Offshore Experience
12. Structural Inspector - Shipyard / Offshore Experience & Knowledge of DNV, Lloyds & ABS rules and regulations
