When to request a QC analysis (and how)?

I have had a station upo and running for some time now:

There are two issues:

1. How do I have the elevation updated from 88 fee to 80 feet?

2. It was for a while in a bad location for Wind direction and speed measurements. On 5/31/22 I moved it to a far better place. I would like to request a QC check of my data but only after enough time has passed in the new location. 

2a. How long should I wait

2b. Once the above time period has passed, how do I request the QC check?
