Is there a good source for historical wind run data? I'm asking because at my location here in Austin, Texas, it seems like the March wind run is higher than I've ever seen before. I'm curious how this year compares to previous years.

Hello Victor
Probably, historical wind run is not published because it is calculated from historical average wind speed. Average winds speeds for a day, month or year are published.
As you know: ave. wind speed for some interval ( day, month or year) , times hours in that interval equals ave. wind run. For a daily average wind speed of 2 mph then 2mph times 24 hours gives you a daily wind run of 48 miles.
