I've not used them myself on Linux, but I've heard that both PyInstaller
and cx_freeze will work. There is a bit of information about it on the
wiki at http://wiki.wxpython.org/CreatingStandaloneExecutables.

bbfreeze as well:

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/bbfreeze

Can't comment on which work well for what though -- never done it on Linux.
