wxMax v1.00

I am proud to announce the release of wxMax v1.00 :-)

This is the first release, which includes most of the functionality of
wxWidgets. There are still some widgets and other features
outstanding, but since the core appears to be quite stable now, I
thought it was about time we had a version that was easily
downloadable - ie. no SVN required.

Of course, development continues. I've started a WishList here :
