wxJavaScript, cURL, and Https

Hello, wxJavaScript looks perfect for me, but I try to access to a URL
in Https with wxJS_curl.dll, and I get the following error:

Unsupported protocol
0* Protocol https not supported or disabled in libcurl

So does wxJS_curl.dll support Https? If so, what are the relevant cURL
options I could have gotten wrong?

If not, do you think I can build a version of wxJS_curl.dll that
support Https?
