When I use this version of HyperTreeList I don't see any column
headers on the HyperTreeList widgets anymore.

Windows Vista, Python 2.5, wxPython 2.8.9.2.

Ah, now everything is clear. It will probably break on Mac too,
although I can't say it for sure (testing is appreciated, for those
who own a Mac). It's a pity because these modifications really got rid
of the flickering in HyperTreeList. If there are no testing volunteers
on other platforms (Linux, Mac), I'll switch off this patch on all
platforms except Windows XP.
