project building problems

hi, iam new to wx.I downloaded the wxMSW-2.8.-Setup.exe and build it
using Mingw as per the instructions provided in WxQuickref .I followed
this command (mingw32-make -f makefile.gcc
BUILD=release SHARED=1
MONOLITHIC=1 UNICODE=1)
But the problem is when building wx project compiler complains about
header files that there is no such file or directory.And iam using
codeblocks as IDE.
Pls help me to get rid of this error and thanks in advance
