CBS's 'Sunday Morning' programme did a piece on self-publishing, last
Sunday. At 1 minute 25s there are some shots of my Jutoh ebook authoring
application helping the novelist Stephanie Bond make lots of money via
Amazon:

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-3445_162-57558088/authors-exercise-their-write-to-self-publish/

I can't guarantee all users will be a Stephanie Bond but here's the link
for Jutoh:

Thank you wxWidgets and all contributors :-) 20 years old this year...

Regards,

Julian

I think it was around September 1992 when wxWidgets 1 was first released
(for MFC and XView!), but it's a fairly arbitrary thing given how
different wxWidgets 2 was. Still, worth raising a glass to this
Christmas :-)

2012/12/13 Julian Smart <jul...@anthemion.co.uk>:
Happy birthday, wxWidgets!!

( was it wxWindows? :-) )

Anyway, I hope wxWidgets lives for the next 20 years.

Thank you guys, for all the happy coding I had.

cheers

It doesn't seem that long ago that we were talking about wx being a
dozen years old. Time flies.

The funny thing is that when I first encountered wxWidgets (in the end of
1995, I think) it didn't even come to anybody's mind to think about how old
it was. But since many years already describing wxWidgets inevitably
includes saying that it already exists for N years...
