Patch for wxFormBuilder 3.5.0

Hello,

I have attached a patch to this message which can be applied to the last available version of wxFormBuilder (v3.5.0) which outputs C++ code which does not cause deprecated constructor warnings when building the code.

The issue is that the wxFont constructor now requires enumerated types rather than integer defines.

I was getting a bit perturbed by having to tweak the generated code every time the code generator is run to avoid these pesky warnings (I also removed all warnings generated when building wxFormBuilder).

If anyone can get these patches to the original maintainer I would be happy. I may try to contact them myself.

This is not the right place to post this patch, I don't know who maintains
wxFormBuilder, but it's definitely not maintained by us, wxWidgets
developers ourselves.

Yes, please try to do this, there is absolutely nothing we can do about
this patch.
