starting Persian translation project

Hi,

I am interested in starting a new language project for wxwidgets. Our
team has been working on fa_IR localization of GNOME, Redhat products,
OpenOffice.org, and other open source software for some years now. We
are now working on VLC and Audacity l10n, both using wxwidgets.
