Alright, so it looks like we have a number of errors in the actual
message catalogs themselves (except li.po and tr.po - which is why
they work fine still). Hopefully someone else more experienced than I
can look through these and figure out what's wrong exactly:

It's easy to see what's wrong -- there are indeed duplicate entries. How
did they appear is another question and I really have no idea. But I've
removed them (semi-manually as I don't even know of a good way to automate
this) now and hopefully everything should work again.
