A couple of weeks ago I arranged for wxWidgets to be imported into
Canonical's Launchpad system. Today the translations have been imported,
which means that wxWidgets can now be translated using Rosetta.
Rosetta is a web based system for doing translations. As far as I can
see, it is the easiest way for the non-technical end user to help with
translations. Regular wxWidgets translators may want to check this link
occasionally to avoid duplication of work.

Already there are some new translated strings.
Currently I am listed as maintainer for this project, because I was the
one who asked for wxWidgets to be imported. This means that I am the
only one who can upload new POT files into the system. I would like to
transfer this role to a wxWidgets developer. Please contact me if you
would like to take this role.
cheers,
John
Please check some chatter on this list for 'wxTrans'.

Steven
