2.5.1 release

Hello,

we're planning to make 2.5.1 release for all platforms soon (Feb 15).
Please test wxWindows compilation and, if possible, functionality,
especially for the less often used ports/platforms. Doubly especially for
the platforms we don't have access to (such as various "exotic" Unices).

Please send the results here or to wx-dev and I will update
