crash causing changes in rev61488

as Vadim told me I created my own sample to demonstrate the crash.
Vadim made some changes of wx in the revison 61488.

They cause or they are related to a crash of my own application.
I can reproduce the crash of my application on wx revisions 61488 or
higher. On 61487 or lower the crash isn't there.
To reproduce:
Start the application. Open the TestDlg in menu "TEST". Close it. And
close the application. Then there is a creash.
Of course everything need to be done while debugging.
It would be great if Vadim or someone else could describe the changes in
the revison more detailed.
Maybe it could make it more clear for me what could be wrong in my
application.
