Dark mode for wxFontPreviewer (PR #26632)

Add dark mode support to wxFontPreviewer. Replace manually drawn black-on-white border with window border wxBORDER_SIMPLE. Set text colour to wxSYS_COLOUR_WINDOWTEXT.
