Fix RichText line-break caret placement (PR #27032)

Treat embedded RichText line-break markers as visual line separators instead of editable trailing spaces. Keep Shift-Enter at the start of the next visual line, let caret movement cross the marker correctly, and retain an empty visual line after a trailing marker.
Add focused RichTextCtrl coverage for Shift-Enter movement and insertion around the embedded line-break marker.
