Fix `wxStyledTextCtrl::Get/SetUseAntiAliasing()` (PR #26342)

Fixes #26339.

To be resolved before merging:

• Improve documentation formatting
• Decide on whether SetUseAntiAliasing(true) enables grayscale or subpixel antialiasing, or uses OS defaults (which might be no antialiasing)
