wxSpinCtrl border too thick in Win32 dark mode (Issue #26655)

PBfordev created an issue (wxWidgets/wxWidgets#26655)The border of wxSpinCtrl's edit field is drawn too thick; additionally, when focused, the bottom border is blue. Neither happens in wxWidgets 3.3.2, probably caused by the recent border-related changes. Can be reproduced in the widgets sample.
wxWidgets 3.3.2 on the left, the current GIT master on the right:
