`wxTreeCtrl` can crash if a modal dialog is show from inside `wxEVT_TREE_END_LABEL_EDIT` handler (Issue #24693)

Description

To Reproduce:

1. Run the treectrl sample from a terminal
2. Start editing any item without actually typing anything
3. Close the application
4. A message box is shown
5. Close the message box
6. Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Platform and version information

• wxWidgets version you use: master
• wxWidgets port you use: wxQt
• OS and its version: Ubuntu 18.04
