[wx-dev] WX_2_1_16 branch in CVS tree

I've been generally working off of the 2.2 CVS branch for keeping my own
development sandbox up to date, but I ran into something strange today when
trying to extract a 2.1.16 source tree for reference by some other
developers here (using wxPython 2.1.16).

In particular, if I CVS update using the WX_2_2_BRANCH tag, then I seem to
get current development including 2.1.16.

But if I update my tree to the WX_2_1_16 tag, then I only seem to get work
up to about 2.1.14 or so.

The problem is that I'd like to not get changes since the 2.1.16 release
since that's what the other developers would want to be referencing.

Could something have gone wrong when tagging the WX_2_1_16 tag, and it was
working off the mainline rather than the WX_2_2_BRANCH branch? Does anyone
have a suggestion on how to extract an actual 2.1.16 source tree for use as
reference?
