Use unique temp dirs in zlib stream tests (PR #27027)

Create zlib test scratch files under a TempDir instead of using the fixed zlibtest.gz path in the shared test working directory. This avoids collisions when Catch-discovered zlib stream tests run in parallel by CTest.
