wxWiki mobile view broken

provides a menu box and top bar. Selecting any option from the menu gives you a blank screen other than the top bar.
I first picked this up on my iPad, but using Firefox on the desktop and selecting mobile view has the same problem (getting rid of mobile view was a bit of a pain, but I found out clearing the recent history did it).

Pretty good chance this is fixed in a newer version of MediaWiki.

We're a bit behind on upgrades since the next upgrade we do drops
support for our code syntax highlighting (well, our syntax
highlighting that supports automatic links to wx class documentation
anyway). :(
