wxQt: Bump the Qt version to 6.10.* in Github Actions (PR #25975)

Also, enable running the GUI tests with this version too.

Although it is not an LTS version, it is still a good idea to test wxWidgets with the latest version of Qt available on Github Actions to detect any possible code breakage as soon as possible.
