wxWebViewEdge: focus doesn't always go to WebView2 content window (Issue #26155)

Description

If focus is explicitly set to a wxWebView window before wxWebViewEdge is fully initialized, keyboard focus doesn't move inside the WebViewEdge content window until one clicks with the mouse. This is problematic for screen reader users who generally only navigate with the keyboard
